Distillery bottling, 43% a.b.v.
Nose is gentle, very sweet. Reminds me of fresh, line-dried laundry, and evokes associations with some blue-colored flower. Chewy body. The dominant flavor for me is red licorice; also present are mint, lightly toasted marshmallows, and something peppery (pepper crackers?) The finish shows, perhaps, sheep cheese; also orange punch, clover.
Suggested for: Early evening
