Distillery bottling, 43% a.b.v.
Strikingly clean flavors. Salt and malt in the nose. Clear Highland malt character with subtle peatiness. Aromatic. Delicately spicy. Unshakeable grass- and grain-type vegetative associations: cut grass, wheat, fields of grain. Refreshing.
Suggested for: Aperitif (or after a walk in the hills?)
