O.B., 50% a.b.v.
Beautiful red color. Nose is sweet, showing sangria and the aroma of a wine maturation warehouse. With water, it smells like a deep puddle of young wine. The palate is both sweeter and rougher than that of the Claret. I am guessing that the whisky that went into these casks was rougher than that which went into the other. Idiosyncratic, but I think this bottling will grow on me.
Suggested for: With dessert
