A very sweet nose. Olive, brine, Ben-Gay, mesquite smoke. Palate is sweet, beginning with sweet charred notes moving to smokiness, greek olives, cooking herbs, brushfire, barbequed pork, charred sweet peppers, doused campfire. Finish shows pork and chapparal.
