O.B., 43% a.b.v.

Very smooth and dignified.  Nose shows significant peat, heavy deep vanilla, and hints of cedar.  Flavors of peat, smoke, fermentation (saké?), spent charcoal briquettes. Peat and charcoal far into the fabulous finish.  Big and delicious.
