Tasting notes for Aberlour “100″
Distillery bottling, 57.1% a.b.v.
A dense, rich, spirity nose. Honey, floral notes, sherry cask. Apricot, especially with the addition of water. Dried apricots, dried pear. Like an apricot brandy. Sweetness and pear into finish. A lovely malt.
