Peregrine Falcon stamps on oversize postcard depicting peregrine falcon.  One of the stamps is U.S., one is Canadian, the other two are Czechoslovakian.  USPS regulations permit foreign postage stamps to be cancelled if they are struck with the same cancel that hits a U.S. stamp.  Cancelled Falcon Heights TX.
