See: <I>Audioslave</I>, <I>Velvet Revolver</I>. I can only think of a couple of times where it's worked out (definitely <I>Fugazi</I>, maybe <I>The Highwaymen</I>). For the sake of playing along, though, I'd stick Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe (<I>Basement Jaxx</I>) in a room with Jake Shears (<I>Scissor Sisters</I>) and Wayne Coyne (<I>Flaming Lips</I>). The result might or might not be great, but it would certainly be different. Or, for <I>really</I> different, David Bowie with Richard James (<I>Aphex Twin</I>).
