No, I haven’t read the novel, but the film was fucking amazing, even by Laemmle standards.
Guys in the bathroom after the show confirmed that Hollywood is remaking it. Fucking Hollywood. Gah.

Rumor is that David Fincher is in talks to direct the remake. So if it MUST be made by an American, at least it might be the right one.
