		<description>The Democrats still hold the majority, but let&#039;s be honest, they weren&#039;t any more likely to do anything useful with it two days ago as they are today. They&#039;ve given ground constantly, and they&#039;re somehow still shocked to discover that the Republicans are taking more.

I&#039;m tired of being told to vote &lt;I&gt;against&lt;/I&gt; the Republican party. I want to have a good reason to vote &lt;I&gt;for&lt;/I&gt; the Democrats. I just don&#039;t see it happening any time soon.

Remember when I said that we all knew that someone would get thrown under the bus on health care? Who would&#039;ve guessed that it would be all of us?</description>
