		<description>I believe the command for the even pages should be:
pstops &quot;2:1(1in,0in)&quot; document.2up.ps &gt; even.ps

The difference is the page spec is not negative  (2:1 vs 2:-1).  Thanks for the tip it was helpful!</description>
