The static pages on this site don’t have comments fields. So it has happened that commentators have gone to whatever the first post on the home page is and posted there. This is the magnet for such posts. You have almost completely free rein. Talk about anything: talk about politics, about how much you hate my politics; about the site, or how much you hate the site; about me, or how much you hate me; about yourself, or how much you hate yourself; whatever. It’s here. I’ll make it as obvious as I can.

Joshua
A few years ago you posted a reply on a website about the “Scotch Whisky Game,” (It’s amazing how long some information remains on the web!)
I am contacting you, hoping that you may be able to assist me. I recently purchased a pre-owned copy of “The Scotch Whisky Game” produced by Villa Games, unfortunately it has arrived without any playing instructions.
I am hoping that you still have the game, that you may be able to email me a copy of the game instructions so that I may be able to play the game.
Many thanks in anticipation of your assistance.

Mr. Parlane:
I’ve responded to your email and have moved your question to this “magnet” post. I am happy to send you photocopies, and also to anyone else who asks nicely. :^)
There was something that I promised to post here the last time that we talked, but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was. Little help?
I would like to apply for the Bob Mike Memorial I Get To Edit My Comments After Posting Them Account plzkthx.
You both have accounts on mcgees.org. If you need to be reminded of your login details, please let me know.

1. I remember that conversation.
2. I also have no recollection of what your post topic was to be.
Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday!
Thank you, sir!
I could be wrong, but I am under the impression that you have recently made a big move from one state to another. And I was wondering if I could pick your brain a bit about that.
You see, I’ve lived here for quite a long time, so I’m very familiar/comfortable with the area. But I also have a lot of history here which… well, it’s history which seems to be holding me back and bringing me down, rather than being anything I’m able to build upon. So, I’ve been thinking about moving out of state.
What was it that predicated your move? How did you decide where to move to? What sort of research did you do to make sure your new town would be a place you could live and feel happy? Did you take many trips there before you moved or did you do all your research through books and the interenet?
@truly, I have not at all forgotten; just haven’t been able to write it yet.
