I am listed above in the black list — theharpers3, but I do not have any idea why. The list is from 2008 and at that time I had NEVER asked for a refund from anyone, had never had a no pay, had never had a complaint filed against me. I know feedback doesn’t necessarily mean anything — I had a 100% feedback until a month ago from a buyer who complained about the time it took to receive an item. I had listed a 4 day handling time, FREE SHIPPING, and even though there was a mail holiday — the buyer received their item in 8 days — They paid on Wednesday PM, the following Friday was a federal holiday, it was mailed out on Monday and they received it on Thursday – 8 days, first class mail, and free shipping. I didn’t feel I deserved the negative feedback. ALSO, I for the first time had a problem where a client bounced a $5400 check to me which completely made a mess of my bank account for 3 weeks. I had already ordered a few low price items and all 5 of them went unpaid. I fully communicated with my sellers and I had no hard feelings and I felt terrible, but it was ALL in a one month period and had received over 700 feedbacks that were all positive. It was an isolated period of time in my life and I would have never bid on any auctions had I know the situation was about to happen. I let all the sellers know I was having problems and may not be able to finalize my purchases. I know excuses are a pain and a dime-a-dozen, but it was the truth. This occurrence was in 2011. I received the above block list recommendation back in 2008 and until 2011, I NEVER EVER did anyone wrong on Ebay and I feel like my being on that list is a true error and was placed there accidentally. Prior to 2011 — the above incidents ONLY — I have never returned an item to a seller, had never had a non-payment issue with ANYONE, and do not plan on having any problems with buyers/sellers ( I just started selling). Can I please, please be removed from this listing above because I can assure you I am a dream of a buyer and always pay immediately when the auction I am bidding on ends. I DON’T DESERVE TO BE BLACKLISTED! PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THAT LISTING? please….

Another bidder from ****. Purchased glass rose bowl, complained about shipping method, finally accepted stated shipping. Received 2 dasy after auction ended via Priority mail. Then complained because it cost to much to ship; claimed glass was totally fractured, but not broken. Set up complaint with Ebay, I offered to refund when returned IF itme was broken. COmplained long and hard to Ebay and they refunded the whole auction with postage……….and NO return!!!! She says she will return…….in a cold day, i am sure. Ebay was WRONG to refund without even giving me the chance to inspect the item. They BOTH SUCK Add her to the list……….spicegirl2004

qatar-1 won an auction now refuses to pay for the item, and says he wants to cancel it after he won it.

dm94103 bought item with BUY IT NOW, has not paid

miroslavamike bought a cell phone with service SIM, expects to get the reduced price phone without paying for the service that is provided with the phone.

crider6193 paid by ACH, then reports me for not shipping the item, when payment had NOT cleared the bank, payment was being held for 21 days to clear, then files non receipt claim even though it clearly states item will ship after completed cleared payment.

Please add “raleighbarber” to the blacklist. I sold him a tire with all the defects clearly laid out and he didn’t read the auction and sent me a threatening email. I won the PayPal dispute and he left me a negative. Other than this I have a spotless record.

He bought a vintage camera from us and when he received it, realized that it was not 100% functional …. so instead of contacting us right away, he went out and spent $27.00 on batteries so that he could ‘test’ it (please note that the camera requires two batteries … they are available for $3.99 each from Batteries Plus) … and also said he bought a ‘grip cover’ for $19 … all before contacting us … at which point he pissed and moaned (and of course, left negative feedback at the same time, without even giving us a chance to resolve the issue), and demanded a refund.

He also claimed he was a former certified Canon camera repairman, and that he could finish the repairs himself, but if he had taken it to a shop it would have cost $150 more!

He opened a dispute in which I laid out all of the facts (ridiculous battery expenses, uneeded grip cover, etc. etc.) and basically told him that if he could show documentation for the cost of the batteries, we’d reimburse him …. So instead he escalated it to a full blown case, and Ebay has decided he gets his money back as soon as we get the camera back.

Two words: SCAM ARTIST.

If he’s not blacklisted, he should be.

Please add iamsoftware to the blacklist. She leaves untrue negative feedback without contacting the seller first. Ebay gave me right about this, but they say they cannot do anything for her feedback because “that’s her opinion” and although a lie, sellers are no longer protected against fraudulent buyers. bought TV from us, open box – like new, then stating the TV is old, remote control used. We know what we sent, and then he opened a dispute, stating the TV is old, 2007 model, while the said TV was never came out until 2008. What we sent to him was 2009 – 2010 model. All he said were lies, then asked eBay to determine the case. Of course eBay won it for him, because eBay doesn’t really care what seller think anyway.
After won the dispute, then he said:
“Im an attorney and I won:>”

So basically this guy lied, admitted that he lied by stating that word, found a loophole on eBay, used that loophole, then won the case.
Don’t deal with this guy, he’s a jerk.

The Ebayer rgr72344 is a real low class peice of work I am glad to see him black listed here. He bought a item from me and insisted I give him feed back, so I did and I wish I did not.
Because he is rude and nasty. I contacted him with the tracking number same day I shipped item and he called basicly called me a liar saying that number did not exist.
I sent him the same number again telling him what USPS.Com say’s a bout newly shipped items. He got rude telling me he knows how to read and the numbers do not exist. Then when he did finally she the shipping info he never aknowledged his rudeness. I also under charged for shipping so I had to change to cheaper shipping from priority to first class. I had refunded him the diffrence of .72 though paypal. But he was very nasty calling me dis-honest and a mis representer. So basicly I asked him why he was being so rude and asked him what else he wanted from me becase he just kept complaing. He said HONESTY (I wanted to HONESTLY tell him he is an A$$Hole). Whats to stop this di*Khead from lying about reciving the item or what not.

hi182009 worst of the worst, call us on the phone and say “I made 3 offer on ebay and now they won’t let me make any more offers on your item”, we check and no offers are submitted. So she asks us, what is your best offer price and will you take $390 for the item. We tell her the best offer lowest price is $379.00 and we will accept that. So she does a buy it now and than calls back and says my husband says to offer you $350. We tell her you already made a binding agreement on ebay and over the phone for $379, so she hangs up and buys one from our competitor and basically tells us too bad, “I offered you $350 but you didnt want to take it” We explained that she had already commited to the item and agreed over the phone to $379 We would not recommend this buyer hi182009 or any other buyer that attempts to skirt ebay policy and regulations. Dead beat buyers waste too much time for power sellers and now that you can’t leave negative these buyers seem to think they can do whatever they want. We refer to this as bad business, dishonest, lying, cheating buyers. Remember buyers that ebay is a 2 way street and you are not welcome there if you can’t follow the rules. hi182009 IS A NON PAYING DISHONEST BUYER.

This is my block list – bad experience with buyers, from other sellers, and otherwise just happened to find them on eBay. intimidated-unforgivence is harrassive through emails will send multiple emails (14 emails to us asking for lower price) will not take no for an answer. this_is_how_i_buy bought a $12 item a few days before xmas… sent them the wrong color our mistake but they wanted us to EXPRESS mail them a new one on Monday the 23rd and guarantee it before xmas. Demanded a full refund and replacement without returning the original item sent. Sent us nasty emails on Christmas day and complained about having to wait in a long line because of xmas time at the PO but it took 2 months before they shipped the item back. And 2817happisme – has been mass blocked by several sellers because they have a “its a buyer’s world” sentimentality – demand that seller’s give them cheapest price on shipping or require sellers to use priority mail shipping no matter what the listings state avoid.
