Haha! Wow, that sounds almost identical to the experience I have been having. My car was parked in the street and a Viking insured motorist crashed into it. When I woke up in the moring my car was perpendicular to the road with damage to the front and back. They are trying to deny liability for the damage to the rear. They said it was "impossible" that he could have done the damage, I said "have you seen the police report" (the cop took pictures of the vehicle in its original position), she said "I'm sure we have." After I hung up I went to get a copy of the police report only to find out that it hadn't been released, to anybody. They basically lied, then tried to deny liability based on their appraiser's pictures of the car after it had been moved. Ridiculous.
